ALL CLASSES ARE ONE HOUR WEEKLY

Primary...Ages 3-4Kinder (Tap & Ballet)...Ages 5-7
Artistically presented to the young child to develop coordination, poise, grace, and rhythm. Designed to assure a graded progress in each child, correlated to the individual's age, ability, and physical capabilities.

Pre-Ballet (Combination Class)...Ages 8 and over.
An introduction to Classical Ballet with barre, technique, and center. Basic tap sounds, steps, and simple combinations will be part of this class.

Classical Ballet...Ages 9 and over...a graded study of the combined elements of the Russian, French, and Italian techniques and terminology to insure maximum progress for each student.

Pointe...Special classes devoted solely to the art and technique of "sur les pointes." Two classes weekly are required of all pointe students.Mrs. Matassa reserves the right of selection for pointe classes.

Jazz...America's popular and appealing contribution to the art of dance. Its casual style is attained through intricate technical study and complete physical discipline.

Tap...A stylized form of dancing of American origin. "The sound of the trained tap dancer is the sound of music."

Adult Classes...Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Exercise classes to condition stretch and tone the body.

Placement in class is determined by the direction of Mrs. Matassa.
